Ok, so here is Jakobe's new thing. For about the past 2 weeks now Jakobe has not been a very good boy when going down for 'Nite Nite' (as he says it). We will do our normal routine for bedtime. When David and I walk out of the room he starts to cry. We will close the door behind us. Since he can climb in and out of bed on his own he goes to his door and will kick it, hit it, and even throw his toys at it. I wonder what the neighbors think when this is happening. His latest thing is that he climbs on top of his dresser and throws things off of it. Picture frames, piggy bank, figurines, ect. David walked in there one night and he had his lamp in his hand above his head. Ready to throw it! The thing is, once he gets on top of his dresser he can't get down. So he will scream and scream and scream until we go in there. It has been taking us an hour to get him to sleep. So, I thought I'd be smart one night and turn his bed around so he couldn't climb out of bed anymore. Well, David and I learned quickly how much of a climber Jakobe really is. Here are a few pictures of Jakobe on top of his dresser throwing a fit. Also a video of Jakobe getting out of his crib once we turned it around. We ended up turning his bed around the right way again since it didn't work. We haven't had a problem with him climbing on top of his dresser for a few days now. We will see. We definitely have our hands full!!!
