Every Thursday, we have our own little family night at The Little Gym in West Des Moines. AKA The Kids Gym as the kids call it. We have been going for almost 2 months now and the kids look forward to it every week! They get to work on their gymnastics skills along with working on hand/eye coordination, following directions, and just having fun and burning off energy!
