Jakobe spent a few days in Bettendorf with Grandma and Papa. They had a lot of fun together. They took a trip to the Zoo, Build A Bear, Burger King (Kobe's favortie place) but one thing was a little different this visit.
Grandma and Papa are in the process of building a new house. That starting date for digging was May 31st, 2011. The builder called up Mark and Tara and asked if they wanted to come watch the first dig for their new house! Of course they wanted too. Jakobe got lucky because he was able to go there with them. Of course Jakobe liked the big machines but he got to do more than just look at them! Jakobe actually got the chance to sit on the backhoe loader and help dig the first pile of dirt for Grandma and Grandpa's new home!!! How cool is that!
