Selma and Callie. Selma is my friend Medina's daughter. She is 2 1/2 months old and Callie is 5 1/2 months old. Selma and Callie also go to the same daycare. They are definitely going to be best friends!

A Few New Things!

We bought the kids a few new things the other day! Callie loves to look at herself in the mirror so we got her a mirror cube toy. She absolutely loves it! She'll spin herself around to look in all the mirrors. She kicks her feet and giggles at herself. It so much fun to watch how excited she gets! Jakobe got some new furniture. He has his very own living room set now. He got 2 chairs and a couch. We have one chair in his room and the couch and chair in the living room. He loves to sit in his chair and watch Spongebob!

Jakobe does sign language for the word 'more', which is touching of all the fingers together with both hands. I tried to get him to do it twice but he thought once was enough :) Oh and he wanted more M&M's.

Our little peanut is growing up so fast. She can hold her own bottle now. At 5 1/2 months old.

A Few New Things.......

Callie managed to learn how to throw a fit in her Bumbo. Here she is throwing her fit :)

KIDS FEST!

We went to Kids Fest on Sunday with David's Aunt Leslie (Aunt Louy). Kids Fest is a popular kids convention at the fairgrounds once a year. Every thing is for kids. Jakobe had a blast this year. He was able to partcipate in numerous activities: basketball, soccer, throwing, spinning the wheel, got a tattoo, made an ID card, and got a ton of free food, candy and coupons! It was so much fun and both Callie and Jakobe were on their best behavior!!!

Mall Fun!

We went to the mall with my friend Taylor this weekend. Jakobe had a lot of fun playing in the play place at the mall. Some of his new phrases are: "I did it!" "You can't catch me!" and "We all fall down." One of his favorite things to do is play Ring Around the Rosie and he will say "We all fall down" when it's time to fall. Of course he falls along with myself!
