We celebrated Christmas Eve at Farmor's like we do every year. Farmor is my grandma. All day we were asking Jakobe and Callie, "Whose coming tonight?" "Santa" they both would say. Well Callie would say "Sana"....but it was funny when my dad walked in the door holding presents.  Jakobe jumps up and yells, "SANTA!!!" We all busted out laughing!
We enjoyed a nice dinner with lots and lots of food. Then we opened presents! Jakobe's favorite was his Spongebob cars and Callie's favorite was her soft puppy! We had an amazing time and the kids were super good and had a fun time hanging out with Farmor, Grandma Jane and Grandpa Ken!!!

My cousin Justin and his wife came to visit from Oregon. They have a little boy named Zane. He is 9 months old. It was fun to get all the kids together to play!

Callie's 1st Hair Cut!!!

Callie got her first hair cut at 14 Months old! She did not like it at all! The poor girl was terrified!!! She was just so scared! She did a great job though and looked as cute as ever!!!

She's a Talker!

Callie is a talker already. She's picking up on words so quickly. Her new words from this past weekend are: book, open, yellow and bath. She's 14 1/2 months old and is growing up so fast!

David and I stopped at Antique Archaeology in LeClaire, Iowa. It's known for it's popular show on the History channel called American Pickers. David and I got to talk to Danielle, who plays a popular role on the tv show as the fun, spunky one who gets all the leads for Mike and Frank do thier pickings.
The two-story former fabrication shop now houses our best picks, a new merchandise store, and serves as the home base for the American Pickers Show. David bought a few old keys from their store......just to say he bought something from there!!!

All Geared Up!

Jakobe insisted he go play in the snow even though it was 19 degrees outside! I can't blame him though, it was our first snow of the year!!! He liked the snow, especially wiping my tire clean :) He enjoyed it but was ready to go back inside after about 5 minutes.

Merry Christmas! The kids loves their Spongebob inflatable! If I ask where Spongebob is, Callie will point to the window and say "bob bob". Jakobe will run to the window and pound on it yelling "Spongebob, there he is"
