9 Month Professional Pictures

New this month:Jakobe weighs 17.5 lbs and is 26 1/4 inches. Jakobe can clap. He can stand for seconds at a time all by himself holding onto nothing. He has started on meats. He has also started to use a sippy cup. Can pick small objects up with his thumb and pointer finger. Still no teeth yet. Approaches large objects with both hands. Says Mama and dada but still doesn't know who he saying them at. Will have a 'conversation' with you. Talks to toys. Can start to move around in his car walker. In 3 weeks he will start on finger foods. Then at 11 months (2 more months) no more formula!!! He will go to 2% milk.

Grandma's Birthday!

Grandma J had her birthday the same day Jakobe turned 9 months old. We went out to dinner to celebrate!

Fall Festival

At daycare we held a fall festival. Jakobe got his face painted and got to play with Buckle Bear.

Best Buddies

This is Travis. He and Jakobe are best buddies at daycare. Travis is almost 5 months old. His birthday is June 12th. Taylor and Kaity are 2 of my firends that work at the daycare.

Farmor

On Sunday we went and visited my grandma Farmor. We go to her house and visit every Sunday. Farmor loves to get on the floor and play with Jakobe.

Baby Shower

On Saturday I threw my friend Stephanie a baby shower. She is due December 16th. It was a lot of fun and it turned out great! Stephanie is Jakobe's formal daycare teacher. She works in the newborn room which Jakobe is no longer in but her and I have become close friends.
